Posted December 23, 2023. Hi, i have a problem with high fuel pressure pump on my Mondeo Mk4 2.0 tdci 140hp automatic. The dealer told me that the pressure needs to be somewhere between 280 and 320 psi but my pump is making 420 psi. Support. My 2007 TCDI 2.0 Mondeo has done 130,000 miles & generally runs without a problem. However, on zero or a very light throttle it seems to surge ie seems to accelerate fractionally,then not, then on again etc. Pehaps 2 or 3 seconds between on & off if you see what I mean. See more. cf_corpmk3. you have to take out the suspension strut brace thing, then there are two m10 nuts. i think one of the two m10 nuts hold the connector on to the ecu or maybe theres a third m10 for that, wither way once youve gained access to the ecu you undo those bolts and then the ecu should clip out from under the drivers side footwell. I ran some Revive turbo cleaner through the intake manifold and it smoothed out a lot of the hesitation but its still drops in to limp mode. Hi. Both me & Mark have had our cars remapped by R-Tech in Hinckley. The price of £225 is extremley good value when you compare it to other tuners.
